Terms of Use

Age

Sartaba Mind Games is intended for a general audience and is not directed at young children. If you are under the age required by your country to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian should review and agree to them on your behalf before you create an account.

Accounts

You can play many games as a guest without an account. Creating an account (by email or Google sign-in) lets you save progress, appear on leaderboards, and take part in the daily puzzle. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Usernames must be unique and must not be offensive, impersonate others, or infringe on someone else's rights. By creating an account you confirm that you agree to these terms and have read the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

When using accounts, multiplayer games, rankings, or the contact form, you agree not to do any of the following:

• Cheat or use automated tools or bots to inflate results or rankings.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players or staff.
• Upload unlawful, obscene, or infringing content, including profile images or contact attachments.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its data.

User Content And Uploads

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as profile/avatar images and contact-form messages or attachments. By submitting it, you give Sartaba Mind Games permission to store and display it as needed to provide the related feature (for example, showing your avatar on your profile, or reviewing a contact submission). Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.

Sartaba's Property

The Site's games, puzzles, code, designs, graphics, logos, and original content are the property of Sartaba Mind Games ("Sartaba") and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may play the games and use the Site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site's games, puzzles, or other original content without permission.
